Each pair of SÀIN is handcrafted in Saigon using genuine leather uppers and custom-made solid wooden wedges, developed exclusively for our silhouettes.

For the Noir colourway, the natural wood is finished with a hand-applied black coating to achieve its deep, sculptural appearance while preserving the integrity of the solid wood beneath. As with all painted wooden products, accidental knocks or contact with hard surfaces may cause small chips or scuffs over time, revealing the natural wood underneath. This is an expected characteristic of the material and is considered normal wear rather than a manufacturing defect.

As leather is a natural material, slight variations in grain, texture, and colour may also occur, making each pair unique.

To help preserve your SÀIN heels:
    •    Avoid knocking the wooden wedge against hard edges or abrasive surfaces.
    •    Keep the shoes dry and avoid prolonged exposure to water or excessive moisture.
    •    Store your pair in the provided dust bag when not in use.
    •    If needed, gently wipe the leather and wooden surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh cleaning products or solvents.

With proper care, your SÀIN heels are designed to age beautifully and develop their own unique character over time.
