As SÀIN is a small-batch footwear brand, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage customers to review the product details, sizing information, and measurements carefully before placing an order.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our footwear, slight variations in wood grain, leather texture, color, and finish are natural characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.

We offer one complimentary size exchange per order, subject to availability, within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange (both the return shipment and the replacement shipment), as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

To be eligible for a size exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all protective materials intact.

Size Exchanges

If you require a different size, please email contact@sainedit.world  within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a size exchange, items must be:

• unworn, unused, and in original condition

• returned in their original shoe box, dust bag, and packaging

• free from marks, scratches, scuffs, odours, or signs of wear

• accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability and replacement sizes are not reserved until the original pair has been received and approved.

If a replacement size is unavailable, SÀIN may issue store credit equal to the original purchase value.

Only one exchange is permitted per order.

We recommend trying your shoes on indoors on a clean, soft surface before wearing them outside.

Sole & Wear Policy

Shoes showing signs of wear to the sole, heel, upper, footbed, or straps cannot be accepted for exchange.

SÀIN reserves the right to refuse exchanges that display evidence of outdoor wear, damage, alterations, improper use, or excessive handling.

Faults & Handmade Characteristics

Each SÀIN piece is handcrafted in small batches using natural materials. Slight variations in wood grain, colour, texture, grain patterns, and finish are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered faults.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact contact@sainedit.world within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Shipping Costs & International Orders

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with size exchanges, including return shipping and the cost of sending the replacement pair.

Returned parcels should be declared as "Returned Goods" where possible.

SÀIN is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• items returned outside the 7-day exchange period

• worn, damaged, or altered items

• items returned without original packaging

• sale items or promotional purchases marked as final sale

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval from SÀIN may be refused and returned to the sender.

SÀIN reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
